Do zdarzenia doszło w Śmiglu na ulicy Morownickiej. Na miejscu pracują strażacy z Kościana oraz Śmigla, a także Policja i Zespół Ratownictwa Medycznego. Według wstępnych ustaleń kierujący renault kangoo, 42-letni mieszkaniec gminy Śmigiel, rozpoczął manewr skrętu w jedną z posesji. Nie upewnił się jednak, czy może bezpiecznie go wykonać i doprowadził do zderzenia z fordem focus. Drugim pojazdem kierował 56-letni obywatel Ukrainy, mieszkający na terenie powiatu kościańskiego. W wyniku uderzenia renault przewróciło się na bok. Poszkodowane zostały dwie osoby z renault. Trafiły do szpitala. Kierujący byli trzeźwi.
