Dziś 28 kwietnia około godziny 13:20 do Stanowiska Kierowania Komendanta Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Wolsztynie wpłynęło zgłoszenie o pożarze lasu na trasie Kaszczor – Łupice.
Na miejsce natychmiast wysłano dwa zastępy z OSP Kaszczor oraz po jednym zastępie z Jednostki Ratowniczo-Gaśniczej z Wolsztyna a także OSP Mochy. Po dojeździe na miejsce strażacy natychmiast przystąpili do gaszenia palącego się poszycia leśnego. Podano dwa prądy wody. Akcja trwała około godziny.
Spaleniu uległ jeden ar poszycia leśnego. Susza daje o sobie znać. Jest to kolejny pożar lasu/poszycia leśnego na terenie Powiatu Wolsztyńskiego.
